These week i have in my mailbox these two amazing books.
High school confidential by Jeremy Version
It's spring semester at Mirador High in Southern California, and twenty-four-year-old Jeremy Iversen is going deep undercover to deliver the real deal about the dull classes and fast times of American teens today.

Trading in his suit and tie for jeans and skater shoes, Iversen posed as a senior transfer student. He took six classes five days a week, dissected a cat, got sent to detention, hung out at the mall, signed yearbooks, and graduated in cap and gown. He infiltrated the homes of his teenage friends, met their parents, and went to their parties. For one entire semester, he led the life of a modern-day high school student -- and lived to tell all about it.

This book is really good so far.... but it's so long lol

Intern By Bonnie Hearn Hill
April Wayne, 23, disappears without a trace while interning for California State Sen. Eric Barry. When the media learn that the senator was the last person to be seen with April and that the two were supposedly having an affair, he becomes their prime suspect. April's parents, Gloria and Jack Wayne, are shocked by the news of their daughter's disappearance and affair, which drives a wedge between them. Gloria becomes consumed with finding April, while Jack descends into a paralyzing depression. Senator Barry worries more about his next election than about April. Suzanne Barry, who has always been loyal to her husband, is overcome with doubt about their life together when she learns that he has been unfaithful. "He gives me one of his dazzlers across the table. I want to believe in the face, the eyes, the voice, but I can't." Suzanne's naivete is implausible, but Hill skillfully draws subtle parallels between Suzanne and Gloria as they both deal with their devastating anxieties and scolding consciences. The resolution may be a bit lurid for some tastes, but that won't make it any easier to put this page-turner down.

Book Review: Love Sick By Jake Coburn

Love Sick

"A complicated love, with secrets and consequences"

Before Reading: I was excited, when I got this book in the mail. Before hand i read summaries about the book and decided to order it. The cover of the book attracted me to read it. I skimmed through the book and honestly knew it was going to be "Heart Racing".

During Reading: I became immediately attracted to the characters. Each character became real. I longed to know more about each. Erica was stuck in my mind through out the book. Ted was truly one of the most vivid characters. Two different people brought together by addiction. Both were addicted to different things. But yet found each other in the same position.

After Reading: I can honestly say that the author did an amazing jobs. I felt relieved at the end of the book to know that Erica was getting help. It came to me, that maybe her sickness was brought on by being completely alone most of the time. Having the perfect life such as money and connections but none who really appreciate her and who she really is .Her dad played a huge role in her sickness and didn't even notice that with his over protective actions he was killing her. Then theres Ted the basketball star. Drinking became his escape. Each time it felt better. All the pressure gone and everything forgotten. His basketball career was gone along with his future. Two teens with different problems and from different world collide together and find relieve in each other. How it started doesn't matter just how its going to end. Erica and Ted are now officially "sober".

Zara doesn't think she's in danger; she thinks her mother can't deal.

Wrong. Turns out that guy she sees everywhere, the one leaving trails of gold glitter, isn't a figment of her imagination. He's a pixie--and not the cute, lovable kind with wings. He's the kind who has dreadful, uncontrollable needs. And he's trailing Zara.
